The flats are light and well-appointed with private toilets and bathrooms, a kitchen recess and air conditioning. The apartment hotel was built in the year 2000.

In the lounge you’ll find a small library with English books, a couple of easy chairs in the corner where you can watch satellite – tv, and there is a computer with internet access at your disposal. From the lounge there is free access to a kitchenette where you can make a cup of coffee or tea.
Just outside the hotel entrance there is a terrace with tables and chairs for up to ten persons.
